We have an exciting opportunity to join our finance transformation team as a Change Manager, to help deliver change outcomes right across the Financial Management Group.

You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects globally within the finance transformation portfolio. This role will report into the Portfolio Director to deliver on a diverse change portfolio, including technology implementation, operating model review, process redesign/ uplift and regulatory change.

You’ll be a natural collaborator, with proven ability to build relationships and support others. You’ll work closely with project teams in Finance, and with stakeholders right across the Financial Management Group. You’ll conduct change impact assessments that reflect an understanding of the impact of a change on the business, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.

You’ll also perform stakeholder analysis and engagement planning, using human centred design techniques such as persona development and user journey maps. You’ll develop and execute change and communication plans to deliver fit for purpose change solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption. You’ll design, develop and deliver change collateral like presentations, training materials, and reference materials. You’ll be working with functional leaders to develop and deploy bespoke people engagement plans and activities to overcome resistance and facilitate adoption. You’ll collaborate and take part in our change management network, sharing success, inspiration, and learnings to build on the change capability.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in supporting businesses to deliver exceptional people outcomes. You’ll have minimum of 4-8 years of experience in delivering end to end change management for a particular workstream within financial services at a manager level or if you have worked in a consulting firm with a focus on client engagement and project delivery. You will have a proven track record of exceptional influencing and the ability to present ideas and insights through storytelling. This combined with a delivery background, you will be adept at identifying and translating people impacts into meaningful change management interventions You’ll also have the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
